I like Canadians. My parents moved to Canada in 1985. I spend most weekends at Whistler. And, last but not least, I like Canadians because they all have insurance...good insurnace.

The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) is a provincial Crown corporation established in 1973 to provide universal auto insurance to B.C. motorists. It covers drivers from BC when they get into accidents.

For whatever reason, ICBC is considerably more reasonable (and in the end does its effective clients--the people of BC--a real service) than its US counterparts like Allstate, Farmers and State Farm.

And ICBC takes care of its insureds whether they have accidents in Canada or the US. Just because you're hit by a Canadian here in the US doesn't mean you have to chase them up to Vancouver or Squamish.

If you're going to have an accident, having one with a Canadian is not a bad thing.
