We had an attoney for my husband's accident and guess what, he was an idiot and I did much of the work. But he got his $. Now we are out of money for my husband's care and I am on the road to poverty.

So people should be very careful of who they chose. This is difficult because they are in a time very high stress.

Vanessa Taylor was a wonderful person with a big heart! She was like an older sister to me. I love her so much and she will never be forgotten, this was and still is a tragic moment!

I gave up on speaking with the jury after a theft trial. The foreman was a King County Superior Court judge. I forget whom.

The issue was did the CI deprive the Seattle Police Department of their property when he ate a $100.00 bill he was supposed to use to purchase rock.

NOT GUILTY.

I went and spoke with the jury why they came to that decision. The judge pipe up that it was not theft. I asked him if he had any cash in his wallet. He had a $100.00 bill. I asked if I could have it. He wanted to know what I was going to do with it.

I informed him I was going to eat it. He declined. I asked why he declined. He stated he would not get his $100.00 back. Exactly clown because I was going to deprive you of your property.

All the jurors then stated they should have convicted the defendant.

Thank you for your post. My car was totaled and the seatbelt kept me from the windshield, but ruptured one breast implant and damaged the other. Within four hours, I found it difficult to breathe, and for the next year, I couldn't wear a bra, bathing suit or anything tight around my chest. X-ray, after x-ray, and doctor after doctor, nobody, including me thought the problem was damage to my implants. It wasn't until the silicone leaked significantly enough into my chest wall to change the shape of my breast that I realized the problem with my chest was my implants. $52,000 and 3 surgeries later for implants, damage to my chest wall and chest muscle and its still not corrected. So, yes ladies please, follow Mr. Myers advise, but go one step further and GET AN MRI, mammograms don't show rupture--I know, I had a mammogram, that showed 'nothing remarkable.' Shortly thereafter, the MRI revealed a most definite rupture.

I FEEL REAL SAD I JUST FOUND OUT FROM FELLOW CLASSMATES THAT SHE DIED WE WENT TO COLLEGE WITH HER AND I GOT TO KNOW HER THIS HAS BEEN HARD FOR ME TOO.
