On Sunday, a 16-year-old boy was standing at a bus stop when a car jumped the curb. The car struck him and drug him 40-50 feet, ultimately pinning him under the car. The teen was admitted to Harborview Medical Center with severe injuries to his arm and leg, with possible internal injuries. The driver explained that he was avoiding a collision with another car when he swerved onto the sidewalk.

The teen's family should contact a personal injury attorney right away to discuss their options. A personal injury lawyer is extremely helpful in monitoring any investigation as to fault and determining possible sources of compensation for injuries.
