Three Parents Killed in Car Crash; Children Injured

A Toyota pickup driving westbound on Highway 970 near Cle Elum crossed the center line and collided with an oncoming van. The driver of the pickup was killed and his daughter was taken to Harborview Medical Center. The driver of the van and his wife were also killed in the accident. Their two children were injured and taken to Harborview Medical Center. Authorities are investigating the accident but do not believe weather, alcohol or drugs were a factor.

This is a situation that requires immediate legal attention to ensure the children of the deceased husband and wife receive full protection under the law and the maximum benefits possible.
