On February 16, a Geo Prizm crossed the median on I-5 and collided head on with an oncoming car. The driver and passenger in the Geo were taken to Harborview Medical Center. The passenger, a 21-year-old, died from his injuries. The other driver died at the scene. Authorities found an open contained of alcohol by the driver of the Geo and suspect alcohol played a role in the accident.

Any person or establishment who supplies alcohol to an apparently intoxicated person or a minor may be held liable for the injuries caused by that person. The family of the passenger should contact a personal injury attorney to discuss their options and preserve their rights.
