Holland America has a number of vessels. They include the following:

ms Amsterdam
ms Maasdam
ms Noordam
ms Oosterdam
ms Prinsendam
ms Rotterdam
ms Ryndam
ms Statendam
ms Veendam
ms Volendam
ms Westerdam
ms Zaandam
ms Zuiderdam

Injuries on any and all of these ships must be reported in writing to Holland America within six months of the injury or else there will be no recovery. Suit for any injury on Holland America's vessels must be filed within one year of injury or else there will be no recovery. These time limits are very short compared to statutes of limitations for other premises liability or maritime claims. Inexperienced practitioners can be caught off guard. It's important to consult with counsel experienced in pursuing claims against Holland America.
