Passengers Injured after Crown Princess Cruise Ship

Numberous passengers on the Crown Princess cruise ship were injured after the vessel listed between 15 and 38 degrees to the right. The ship departed from Canaveral, Florida for New York on the final leg of a nine-day Caribbean voyage.

In addition to claims aginat the cruise line, claims are also being brought agains component manufacturers including the manufacturers of the ship's autopilot and steering systems.

Claims against cruise lines must be brought quickly. Many cruise lines (including Holland America) have six month limitations for submitting written claims and one year limits for filing suit.
