The insurance industry is setting up a devious new website: www.settleyourlcaim.com. Several large insurance companies have joined together to purchase the URL and are developing the website. It is intended to put personal injury attorneys out of business. If there are no personal injury attorneys, injured persons will have no one to protect their rights.

The plan goes something like this: extensively advertise the website and claim that injured persons can resolve their claims for decent money on-line and have the funds placed into their bank accounts within 24 to 48 hours without having to retain a personal injury attorney.

The plan is to initially offer reasonably fair amounts to seduce injured persons. After that, the reasonable numbers will decrease drastically.

The plan is intended to put plaintiff attorneys out of business. The public needs to know the extent they are manipulated by the insurance industry.
